Delete your account

This page explains how FarmerPad users can permanently delete their account and the data associated with it. Never send us your password.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to FarmerPad, open Profile, select Privacy and account, then choose Delete account. Review the warning and confirm Delete permanently. This is the fastest option and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email us from the address associated with your FarmerPad account. Include the account email address or username so we can locate it. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

You can also email support@farmerpad.com with the subject “FarmerPad account deletion request.”

Data deleted

Deletion removes your farm records, including fields and boundaries, seasons, crops, notes, activities, expenses, payment records, reminders, queued account messages, and active sessions. Local cached data and scheduled reminders are also removed when deletion is completed in the app.

Limited information we may retain

We may retain only limited identity, security, transaction, or audit information when necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Retained information is not used for marketing and is protected as described in our Privacy Policy.
