Delete your account

You can permanently delete your FarmerPad account and its farm records in the mobile app, or request deletion by email. Deletion cannot be undone. Never send us your password.

Delete your account in the mobile app

1. Sign in to the FarmerPad mobile app and open Profile.
2. Select Privacy and account → Delete account.
3. Read the warning, then select Delete permanently.

This is the fastest way to delete your account.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email us from the address associated with your FarmerPad account. Include the account email address or username so we can locate it. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

You can also email support@farmerpad.com with the subject “FarmerPad account deletion request.”

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your farm records, including fields and boundaries, growing seasons, crops, notes, activities, expenses, payment records, reminders and account messages waiting to be sent. It also signs you out of active sessions. Deleting your account in the mobile app also removes records stored on that device and scheduled reminders.

Limited information we may retain

We may retain only limited identity, security, transaction, or audit information when necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Retained information is not used for marketing and is protected as described in our Privacy Policy.
