These terms apply when you use FarmerPad. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details safe. Tell us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse FarmerPad. You may not:

• Try to access accounts or systems without permission.
• Disrupt other users or upload unlawful or malicious material.
• Reverse engineer protected parts of the service.
• Send automated requests that harm service availability.

Your data

You own the records you submit. You grant FarmerPad the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, display, and transmit those records to operate the service and optional features you request. Our privacy policy explains how we use this data.

AI and agricultural information

AI responses and agricultural information are there to help, but they may be incomplete or wrong. They are not a substitute for professional agronomic, legal, tax, financial, safety, or regulatory advice. Check important decisions, chemical use, treatments, timing and compliance requirements independently.

Subscriptions

Before you buy a paid plan, we show its price, duration, renewal terms and any applicable taxes. Unless a purchase screen states otherwise, access ends when the current subscription period expires. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FarmerPad available, but cannot promise it will always be accessible. We may change or discontinue features for security, legal, or product reasons and will provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, FarmerPad is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made solely from generated recommendations.

Closing or suspending an account

You may stop using FarmerPad and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms or create a security risk, with notice and an opportunity to respond where appropriate.
